1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the FocusLock iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
FocusLock offers optional premium features through FocusLock Elite, available as:
- Annual Elite Pass: $29.99/year (with a 3-day free trial).
- Monthly Elite Pass: $4.99/month.
- Lifetime Pass: $49.99 one-time purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can easily manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime directly within your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
FocusLock is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA
3. Usage & Disclaimers
FocusLock provides tools to support your focus, discipline, and digital habits. While we strive to provide the most reliable blocking and habit gamification experience possible, we cannot guarantee specific productivity gains or academic/professional outcomes.
